Over 35 years of experience in the fields of real estate valuation and analysis has presented many challenges. They have been as diverse as the appraisal of a Synagogue in Manhattan’s Chinatown to the appraisal of 12,000 plus acres of fire damaged land in California’s Modoc County.
Although these are two of the most unusual projects that I have encountered, the following are somewhat more mainstream and indicative of issues that were faced on behalf of my clients.
